Question
I think the piano piece during season 6 episode 10
(Wrecked), and from the season 5 episode 21 "Weight of the
world" right before Willow goes into Buffys mind, is used at
least one more time. Do you know when? And are there more
episodes where the funeral piece from 5.17 Forever is used?

I'm so sorry to say, but I'm really not too familiar with the scores from Buffy. I can try to investigate for you, but have to say I haven't had much luck with finding information on the various scores.
