How old was Kennedy and what do you know about her parents?

it was hinted that kennedy was the oldest of em but that none of them were out of their teens so i'm guessing probly 19. they didnt say much of anything about her parents even in shooting scripts i have. except to say that her parents thought her being gay was a fad she was going thru when her and willow were discussing it over drinks in killer in me.
