Hi. Are wig lady (from BtVS Doublemeat Palace), and cat lady (From Angel, can't remember the episode, near end of season 4, she says something like "I've got 9 cats, and I changed all their names to Jasmine") played by the same actress?

  Sorry for the long delay. The answer to your question is no. Both characters were played by two different actresses. Thanks for writing. The wig lady from Buffy is Pat Crawford Brown(who currently has a recurring role on Desperate Housewives), but the other actress' name must of been uncredited, because I can't locate it. But I screened the shows and saw that the one from Angel was definitley not the same person. Thanks for writing.
