Buick/Olds/Water leak in 2000 ParkAve

Question
When it rains the carpet on the drivers side gets wet,water seems to enter very low, by the hood release. Seal on windshield looks ok, and no problems with door seal, and the water seems to enter forward of the door.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
