i have a stupid question i have a 2000 buick regal and i can't seem to find out where to add power steering fluid.. and as well as where is the fuel filter is located.. please help

The fuel filter is under the vehicle, either above the rear wheel well, or under the side. follow the fuel line from the tank, you'll find it.
Power steering reservoir location:its behind the alternator, below the strut bar (if you have one) you can't really see it but its there,kind of behind the engine on the passenger side. hope that helps
