Question
help me, I replaced all vents, soffet vents, have full roof ridge vent,I replaced roof, had grace ice shield, had second roof redone again, had more insulation put in second ceiling and still when winter conditions we have soaking wet under insulation and drips inside the home. when I remove insulation it dries up. I run full time dehumidifiers,I am dry as an old raisin and still dripping.

Answer
hi deb,
the moisture you're having is caused by condensation. condensation forms at the "dew point" or where the cold air meets warm, moist air from living areas.
you apparently have some of this warm moist air escaping out,or cold air infiltrating in. the only way the heat can escape is improper insulating.
check everything, including where ceiling insulation meets walls, chinking around rafter vents etc.
if you don't have rafter vents and can get to that area, put them in! and "chink" around them with fiberglass.
if you add more insulation, use cellulose...blown-in.
( fiberglass is nothing but a filter, and should be used only for chinking.
Best of luck,
dave
