Building Homes or Extensions/suspended concrete ceiling

Question
we have a suspended concrete floor above our finished basement. It has 1" insulation board on the basement ceiling, tight against the concrete, with the cold/hot it is sweating, causing it to leak in the finished basement.  If we tear out the insulation board can we spray something onto the concrete ceiling that would be water tight and insulated?
Thank you,
Sam

Answer
Hi samuel, why do you have insulation between floors?  Your basement should be a conditioned space so that the temperature between floors is fairly constant.  Whether the insulation is blown on or is in solid sheet form if moisture is accumulating with one it will accumulate with the other.  You need to balance your heating and cooling system.
