hi. im an architecture student and i have to prepare a detailed estimate of any residential buildings with proper area statement, building specification and complete site plan. can u give me any sample for this or if u have any estimate with u ...can u send me that..so that i could get good idea of how i have to do it!

Hello,
I usually start by taking the project apart from the ground up, detailing each step.
ie: Earthwork
   Foundations
   Framing/sheathing
   Door and window schedule
   Exterior finishes (siding, soffit/fascia etc)
   Insulation
   Interior finishes(wall floor ceiling coverings
  I'msure you get the picture...If this doesn't do it for you, mail me...
