Building Homes or Extensions/weight limit

Question
What is the maximum weight limit per square foot of a 14x14 room using 2x12 yellow pine joist on 16" centers and 1" plywood?

Answer
I like to use the calculator at the American Wood Council site:
http://www.awc.org/calculators/span/reversecalc/reversecalc.asp?feet=14&inches=0...
According to it you can plan on 80 pound per SF loading.  YOu can increase to 100 pound loading if the joists are better than number 2 lumber.
