Building Homes or Extensions/extensions

Question
is it possible to add a modular home to an exsisting home

Answer
Hi Donna,
Yes, but there is a lot of extra work joining the 2 together. You will need to make sure that the new building is on a stable foundation so that the old and new are solidly joined. then the walls and roof will probably need special attention. Roof will
either be at right angles to the old one (which will create a valley and need to be sealed properly)
Or joined at a gable end and need less work (simply butt together and weatherproof)
Any specific questions..please ask..
Good luck,

Dave
