Question
How dry must concrete be in order to receive ramset/hilti pins for attaching 2" and 4" steel studs to hold drywall - these are non-load bearing walls, interior w/drywall and the condo is in a high-rise above grade, in case those details matter. Using Ardex K500 to level a floor. Asked ardex and they were not very helpful.

Answer
Patrick, go for it.  As soon as the Ardex is dry to the touch you are ready to go.  If you are even a little uncomfortable, you can use a 1/4 concrete bit and drill the plate with a hammer drill and use Powers or similar "nailin" anchors.  Here is a picture at the bottom of the page:
