What is a rough estimate too pour a foundation 25'by40'for a home.

Hi Ronald, it's been a while since I have done residential foundations but a ball park figure can go like this...monolithic concrete slab foundation-6-10 dollars a square foot, depending on the area and cost of concrete in that area.  stem wall foundation..5-12 dollars a square foot depending on depth of footings and frost line if applicable...A full scale basement foundation with 8' walls and a poured concrete floor can cost up to 20 dollars a square foot depending on site conditions, location and again cost of concrete.  These are ball park figures.  For more accurate costing, contact some local concrete contractors in your area, I'm sure they would be willing to discuss approximated costs with you.  I hope this information helps feel free to write again regarding this or other matters, sincerely bruce e johnson..bejohnsonconsulting.com
