QUESTION: Bruce,Thank you for your quick answer. Here is all i have off the contractors bid.
he writes as follows:
2.  Foundation
2.1 Bolting foundation
2.2 Recap foundation east and north side brace up house, move mudsil 6" min above ground.

thats all i have Bruce.
thank you Steven
p.s. i was reading your bio you talked about your web site may i have that address I'm interested in the scheduling part of my learn quest.
tks again Steven

Answer
Hi again steven, Okay, that makes more sense..apparently the foundation on one side of the house needs to be elevated to get the mudsill above grade, this would require a cap of some sort on top of the existing foundation maybe masonry or concrete.  My website is www.bejohnsonconsulting.com....I hope this information helps feel free to write again regarding this or other matters, sincerely bruce e johnson..bejohnsonconsulting.com
