my question is my mom and dad have a mobile home and they have and add on from the kitchen, to the end of the house,it is starting to crak all the way down to the end they have water and everything coming in, how do we fix it?

Hi Lisa,
With the minimal amount of information you gave, its really hard to tell. I would think that the add-on is settling and needs to be brought back up to where it was and then sealed at the leaking spots.

If they live in a climate that has a deep frost, then that would probably be the culprit; if there is no frost(in the ground) then it was caused by its own weight and time.
