Question
Approximately how much would it cost to put two, side-by-side widows in a
concrete wall?

Answer
Ashley, we need a bit more information.  Really a concrete wall or cement block?  How thick?  What is above the concrete wall?  How wide an opening are you planning?  Is this area undergound or above?

Let me assume a few things.  Basement wall in your house about 8" thick at ground level or above and you want a pair of 3' wide x 4' tall windows side by side.  One story house with floor joists resting on the wall you want to open.

If these facts are true or close:
**The block of concrete you are talking about removing weighs over a ton.  Getting it pulled out of the wall is not easy.
**The house needs to be supported during and after the removal.
**The opening you want to create will need a lintel to carry the overhead loads.

Here are a few educated guesses on the beginning of the costs, costs differ based on locality, degree of difficulty, availability of contractors, etc:
$1000 to cut the hole
$1000 for shoring of the overhead loads.
$500 for window purchase.
$500 for lintels
$1000 for clean up and haul off
There would also be costs for permits, contractor's liability, and contractor's profit.

If I haven't scared you off, contact a local contractor.  You might begin with a concrete cutting contractor who may or may not be willing to handle the whole thing or suggest a small contractor to deal with issues.
