Question
My question is this, I would like to add two additional room to a double wide manufactor home.  Is this possible?  And rough what would this normal cost?  Thank you for your expert advise on this matter.

Answer
Hi DeRon, yes it is done all the time.  A double wide is built pretty much like a regular wood framed house so the addition would be similar in construction to standard stick framing techniques.  If you are having someone else to the work you should plan on at least $100 a square foot for basic complete construction.  You might want to draw up some simple floor plans and then shop around with the various contractors in your area.  I hope this information helps feel free to write again regarding this or other matters, sincerely bruce e johnson..bejohnsonconsulting.com
