Question
I like to draw a border with a metallic pen on my painted wall in my living room. I am afraid to use a brush and was wondering if there is a marker for that

Answer
Bettina, I'm not really sure what you are after.  There are huge supplies of paint pens available, many are metallic.

A pretty simple search for metallic marker pens:
<http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=metallic+marker+pens&btnG=Google+Search&aq=1&oq=metallic+marker>

These come in water based, oil based, permanent, transluscent.  Some are like felt tip markers, some have actual paint controlled either by a ball or a pump valve, or a solid.

I would think a trip to a local hobby, arts, and craft type store would provide more choices than you could possibly use.

Any place you use these pens on a wall will be difficult to paint over in the future.  They will require sealing with barrier product like shellac, KILZ, Bin, or similar.
