Question
Ok i have a single wide mobile home i am wonderin how much does it cost to turn it into a double wide and how long does it take to turn a single wide into a double wide. Also i was wonderin is it better off to just buy a double wide or just stay with a single?
Kevin, the double wide requires a very different footing and the structure has been designed to not have a center wall. The double takes advantage of this layout to give you the larger rooms. If you did pull two singles side by side the room layout would be disasterous.
I really think there is not much point in considering this project. Look into some other version of swap.
