Question
I have a 9x12 concrete block storage building that also is used for storm protection that has been severely damaged by a car. I need to know how much it will cost me to complete the demolition and rebuild to same as before. Is there a rough per footage cost that I can estimate?

Answer
Hi Michael, 100 dollars a square foot is generally a good guesstimating start..so you are looking at ten grand or so to have someone come in and do the work..You may be able to beat this price by getting several bids from competitors..Sincerely bruce e johnson
