Question
We have a 1999 Fleetwood home that we are going to repair
to be used for a ministry. It has fire damage to some of the trusses. Can they be ordered pre assembled or should a local framer build them? Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hi Theodore, a carpenter can probably repair the bad trusses using new rafter wood and plywood gussets glued and stapled or simpson nail plates.  You might contact a local truss manufacturer and see if they can make you a few new trusses if you prefer.  I hope this information helps fell free to write again regarding this or other matters, sincerely bruce e johnson..bejohnsonconsulting.com
