Question
I want my joists from the house to extend 13ft. Whats the fall? I want the posts to be 9ft tall.
Bruce, not enough information.
The height at the high end is ?????? above finish floor.
The height at the low end is ?????? I think 9, but I doubt above finish floor.
So the total fall (difference in horizontal elevation) is ???????
Across 13 feet, so the fall per foot is:
The total fall divided by 13.
