Do I need to put a pan in the bathroom floor, we poured new concrete floor, Thanks

argie, if you are talking about a shower pan?  Then yes, it would be a good idea to put a pan in prior to shower tile.  However if your shower concrete is recessed, and your outside walls are block or masonry and the shower sits along an outside wall then a pan is not required in most places.
