Question
Hello
We want to make sure that is it safe to put a game table upstairs in one of the rooms .. we are turning the room to a play room for the kids because e don't a basement .. the house built in 1997 and the table weight 350 pounds

Answer
Albert, you've really not given enough information.

Lets assume for a moment that the table is 4' x 8', so it covers 32 SF.  It is legitimate to assume that a code compliant floor upstairs would hold 30#/SF.  Your 350# table divided by 32SF = 10.9 #/SF,  Well within the saftety margine of the floor system.

If the table is much smaller, write again with  its size.
