Building Homes or Extensions/Building on???

Question
I don't know if it would be smarter to build on to our house or just sell it and move. I like the area our house is just too small and  it looks like a modular and its not its stick built. I just don't know if we would benefit or hurt ourselves even more.

Answer
Jenni, your best advice will come from a local realtor.  If you overbuild the neighborhood in which you live, you cannot come out when you sell.  If the neighborhood can support larger and better homes, it may well be worth looking into upgrading what you have, especially if you like the area, etc.

I'm sorry I cannot give any better advice from here.
