Answer

flashing
Hi mukesh, you have a few solutions to your problem.  First, you need to make sure that the ground around your foundation slopes away from the house, number one priority.  If your ground holds the water then it raises and comes through between your mudsill (the wood) and the foundation.  You can install flashing in these areas that may help if done properly.  If your siding is not completed in the area that leaks you can install the flashing under the siding.  I am attaching a picture to show you.  I like to put a 12" strip of peel and stick rubber over the mudsill, foundaton and wall.  Then install the metal flashing over that.  Followed by the siding.
