| Comment | Dan, I thank you for taking the time to answer my question. From what you say, I do have much reason to be concerned. I suppose that the floor could collapse beneath me! And now I don't know what else to do since I have no other place to put all of these books, cases, and file cabinets. If I have rate 30 and need 100 or 130, it really is hopeless. Thank you for informing me of this danger and concern. You do know your construction well. God bless you, Richard | ||

I can answer almost all questions related to the total construction process. My expertise is in commercial construction, though I can field most any residential question. I have hands on experience in concrete, heavy equipment, masonry, all phases of carpentry, interior finishes, and I am fairly strong in mechanical and electrical.
I have over 20 years experience as a commercial carpenter and commercial construction superintendent. I have another 20 years experience in facility management for a major school district.
