Question
I have a 10 by 40 single wide trailor, want to build a lean to pole barn over it to protect roof ... its an old hunt camp... what's most efficient reasonable way... thank you.

Answer
Hi warren, I don't think a lean to is quite what you want..I would put some poles on each side df the trailer, some beams on top of the poles and then some 2x6 joists at 24" on center with 1/2" plywood sheathing..4x6 posts ten feet apart wwith 4x8 beams on top..or if you have some lodge pole pine on the property you can use those poles for your structure..sincerely Bruce Johnson
