Question
using 2x10 floor joist ,so your subfloor is flush with the top of foundation wall ,is there a  detail how joist fasten to foundation, if so what is it

Answer
Malcolm,  It would be normal to have "j" bolts coming out of the top of the stem wall.  These bolts would hold down a wood sill board.  There could be a tar seal, sill seal, and/or termite shield between the concrete and the sill board/beam which is usually treated lumber.  The rim joists (some call it a band joist) and floor joists would be fastened to the sill.  Many code areas require additional structural connections holding the rim and joists to the sill.  Here are some very simple details that may help you:
