Question
Bruce , i am looking at putting a 900sq ft ground level addition on, i am looking for the estimated cost for footings 16"x8"x117ft with slab and framing, roof done and 10 stardard windows with exterior wrapped in Tyvek. i plan on doing everything else myself. do you have any idea what this should be per sq ft
Hi rich, prices vary from locale to locale but a good rule of thumb for Shell work is $25 a square foot in standard residential construction. Calling around and asking for some "guesstimates" from local contractors can verify if this a good starting point for your estimating purposes. Sincerely bruce e johnson
