Building Homes or Extensions/Spa/Hot tub installation

Just wondering if this  is safe and structurally correct to support the spa in this way

Answer
Many composite tubs are supported with mortar or cement. While it doesn't look very nice I'm sure it provides a good base for the tub. If the floor is concrete and not heated there could be a problem with the bottom of the tub being cold and cooling the water. The top deck of the tub doesn't look well supported, perhaps the installation is not complete.
