Question
Is there a replacement product for stucco that does not have the moisture problems that stucco has?

Hi Paul, merlex and Quaker both offer waterproofing additives for stucco if that's what you are looking for. There are various synthetic stucco products out there EIFIS and Dryvit but I don't recommend either one of them after seeing how they perform in the field over time.  Sincerely Bruce Johnson
