Building Homes or Extensions/Two Basement questions

Question
I live in PA and am working on my basement(to finished dry wall surfaces). I have used Drylok 2-3 coats to my concrete block walls and it seems to have cured the walls from any moisture. I have been studding out the walls out with 2x4's and plan on using rigid, do I need any vapor barrier for the walls or is there anything I should be doing to the french drain channel for protection from moisture?

2nd question- I am covering up a soil pipe that leads from one side of my basement to the other, to the septic tank; it covers 22' in length and it is going to have studded with 2 x6"'s to go around it, so its hidden in the wall. What do you suggest that I do to cover/protect the sewerpipe with to keep it from getting pierced through the  eventual drywall?  I know they make nailer plates for pipes and electrical runs in walls, but this is 22' of wall (area to be covered is 6-8" by 22')  Any product you could suggest?

Answer
First, try to avoid using any plastic, especially if it is to be totally sealed. This could cause condensation and ruin your framing. The drain channel should be ok like it is if the walls are sealed. (assuming there is no internal leakage from water sources)
Second, the soil pipe if covered with framing and appropriate length drywall screws are used shouldn't be a problem.
good luck, and ask again if I haven't been clear
