Approximateky how will it cost to extend a 2 nd floor. The extension would be approximately 10 feet forward to match the porch

It's difficult to give you a precise number without seeing specs, plans, photos, etc.
Contracted work like this generally runs $175 to $225 per square foot, or higher if your interior will include a bath, kitchen, or high-end finishes.
