Question
I have an older singlewide mobile home, & the insulation has an R-rating like a kleenex. Could I use a R/B House Wrap over the exsisting siding then apply wood siding? or could you recommend a cheap way of insulating, please?
I'm on a fixed income so the cheapest way is what I need.

Hi, I'm not sure your budget will afford this, but  I think you'd be better off to use a foil faced foam insulation under your siding. even a half inch with foil would be better than nothing.
Another way would be to do it from the inside, but it would be a tougher job and probably more expensive..........
