Question
We have aluminum rain gutters on our house and it is summer and hasn't rained in a few days in Providence Rhode Island.There is water coming out of the rain gutters. Is that normal when it isn't even raining or hasn't rained
since July 4, 2007

First, how much water? If its just a little, could it be dew...condensation...??
If theres a lot, you should get someone to go up and trace it back to a source.
