First of all thank you !
I'm interested in building a 16 by 24 foot cabin. This cabin will need to be
lifted by a crane to be moved afterwords. How many beams, and what size,
do I need to use under the main floor ?

First it would depend on how you were going to pick it up.
But the least expense would be to use standard wood framing and use 2 straps under the building and a spreader to hook them on above your camp.
You will need to use some temporary cleats at the eaves to prevent the straps from cruching.....best of luck!!
