cedar siding {Big windows Kolbe} rain coming in Builder cauked and put tape on no luck water seems to be coming from top Kolbe saids windows ok damage to sills roof ok  can cedar siding be stressed? need help before  I need a boat??

Hi Sharon,
Wow, what a mess. It sounds to me like there wasn't any
(or enough) seal used around the windows beforee siding.
If that is the case, I'd suggest removing siding, and doing the windows properly. By that I mean secure the window, install a water shield around the window (we use ice and water shield) and use a drip cap over the top before siding.
