Question
I have an addition on my trailor that is on a cement slab.Is not insulated or heated in the winter. The frost builds up on the walls and ceiling. when the days warm up enough it starts to drip in side and freeze up at night. I live in Maine. How can I stop the frost buildup. And dripping? Please help.

Answer
Hi Philip,
There has to be moisture to cause frost. My guess is that there is moisture escaping from your trailer from a bath vent, a kitchen vent, dryer vent or a number of other ways.
Also, if there is a lot of heat escaping from the home that will carry any moisture with it......
Let me know how you make out... I live here in Maine too.
