Building Homes or Extensions/Two storey addition

QuestionWe are planning to move house and are interested in a very small bungalow in Cambridge which has an over an acre of land with it. The bedrooms are very small and we need to extend. We have no idea how expensive a two storey extension of the back of the house would be, and we would like part of it to be a 4 season conservatory. At this point we don't have dimensions of the house. At some distance from the back of the house is a inground pool and a well. We do have existing room sizes. We are looking at moving the bathroom to the small bedroom on the first floor and extending the kitchen into the bathroom space. Any ideas as to how this work could be done at a reasonable cost. And roughly how much would this be.
AnswerHi Janis,
I cannot answer your question as this job need to be measured and estimated by a contractor. It may cost a lot more than you think as this is a large job. Unless this home is where you want to spend the rest of your life, I would suggest finding one more suitable.
