Question
Can an American Bulldog Mother be re-introduced to her 6mo old puppy sucessfully? How do you think they will both interact as adults?

Answer
I am more familiar with English and French bulldogs, but from what I have read about American bulldogs, they are as good natured as their cousins.

I think your dogs should get along fine.  They will remember each other, in fact, don't be surprised if the pup tries to nurse.  Your mother will most likely let him know that this is a no-no.

Any time you introduce two dogs, you should keep close watch on them.  Once they establish a friendship, you should be fine.

I think you will find that Mom will the dominate dog of the two.
