Question

Dyna - Female Miniatur
I purchased a couple of miniature bulldogs almost a year ago. Supposedly, the came with registration papers from MBCOA. I've tried contacting the association to register them, but there is no phone number or address. I only get an email address which no one responds to. I tried contacting the breeder and they just tell me I should get the papers very soon. Does this outfit really exist? Also, I've tried to contact the breeder about the female. She has a tail that looks like its been docked. The breeder assures me that it hasn't. I've also had concerns about the female's appearance. She looks like a miniature american bulldog. She's very thin and athletic looking. Is this normal for a miniature english bulldog? The breeder is not answering my emails, so I feel like I've been snowed.
