Hi, my name is kaitie
I have a 8 month old Englihsh Bulldog (oscar)
I love him to death and love everything about him except that when i let him outside he tends to lick the other fours dogs that i haves urine. Why do you think he might do this?

Male dogs are especially territorial.  One way dogs mark their territory is called urine-marking.  Your dog is probably just smelling and not licking the marking of other dogs.  I would bet that he is also urinating, even small amounts, to show he has been there too - marking HIS territory.  This is completely normal.

If Oscar has not been neutered, then it is likely that having him neutered would decrease this behavior.
