My puppy is 3 months old and i mowed my yard for the first time since i have had her, now she is coughing and spitting up mucous,it sounds like she is hacking up, nose really dry and doesnt want to play just sleeps, she seems to fell really bad?

Hello:  Don't worry... Your little girl is having a reaction to the fresh cut grass.  Humans tend to have this reaction too...
I would give her a small dosage of benadryl... give her the children's tablet dosage.  ( don't buy the adult dosage)
One tablet of the childrens chewable in a small cube of cheese.

This will help reduce the swelling that is giving her the problem.  She is having an allergic reaction.

If you feel very nervous about this call your VET and see if she can go in for a check-up... Or, ask if you can give the Benadryl tablet ???
