Bulldogs/bubbles out of nose

Question
My English bulldog began to blow bubbles out of her nose today.  She doesn't sound congested. Is it possible that the pollen is bothering her? How will I know if it is something more serious - Thanks!

Hi Mary-  Most of the time it is allergies or like you said, Pollen.

If her eyes are white ( the whites of the eyes ) and not turning gray.  Also, the inside of the mounth is pink and not blue... or gray.... Then all is WEll...
