Bulldogs/black patches on my old english bulldog

Question
two black patches about 2 inches in diameter, one on each side of my female old english bulldog just appeared one day about a month ago. She is almost 2 years old. She seems to be a little sensitive to these patches. Otherwise she is very healthy. Thanks for any help.
