Question
I have a 10 mos old AB who all of a sudden got bumps all over his coat. We rescued him from the pound and brought him home with kennel cough and a skin disease. He's been on meds faithfully for both for about 2 weeks now.

He's been sneezing a lot in the past couple days.  Then tonight I noticed these bumps all over him -- even on his back.  He is NOT itching his coat at all.  My youngest boy (who is responsible for feeding him) told me he has been putting ketchup in his food to make it taste better for him.  I told him not to do it anymore because I know tomatoes are bad for dogs.  Could this be an allergy?

Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated.  Thank you.

Yes, could be allergies to the tomatoes or just AB allergies!
This type of dog is prone to skin and coat issues.  
It was so nice of you to rescue him!

You can give Robitussin DM for the cough and sneezes.
Here is the dosage:

Dextromethorphan/Guaifenesin (Robitussin DM ®) – This product can be used to treat coughing in dogs, cats and ferrets, at a dosage of 0.5 ml/lb every 8 hours. Make sure that it is the ‘DM’ product only,
