Question
I know, a dog is only as bad as the owner and stuff. My husband's boss had to babysit a cute female bulldog at work and he fell in love. He would like to have one, and I said I would look into them. How are they with temperament and such? Are they usually OK with young kids, what about cats? Are they heavy droolers? Are they very dominant? Would they accept new animals when they get older? I know its a lot of questions. I tend to do that a lot when looking into new animals.

Hi - You want to buy a bulldog from a good breeder who has mom and dad on site, if possible. Also, a breeder who does genetic testing on the two parents.
As for the breed, Wonderful Dogs.  Yes, the can drool a bit.  The males may be bigger droolers than the females.
Kids and Cat - depends .... I would do some homework on that one. I am not an Expert on Behavior-
