Question
Hello, thank you for your help.
I have a female English Bulldog. She is 15 months old. She had her first heat Feb. 2008. She seems to be starting her heat again, but i thought they only had 1 heat a year. Can you help me. Also from the start of bleeding how long is it before we can breed her.( We have a male also ) She has an appt at the vet next week but i want some info in the meantime. Thank you so much!

Hello Mary - she can come into heat or season 2x per year.
She would bleed for 21-24 days.
