I have a 10 week old English bulldog female she has kennal cough so I took
her to the vet they gave the meds ,2 day later her eyes are iritating her and
watary she trys  to make them fell better with her paw,could it be b/c of the
meds she's on?

Kennel cough is usually only treated in severe cases.  

This really is a question for your vet, since I don't know what medication your vet has prescribed.

I don't think it would be a reaction to the medication, but symptoms from the kennel cough.

If your pup is not eating, having nasal discharge, or not showing improvement, you should return to your vet.
