My English Bulldog is ten months old and she just finished her first heat cycle about a week ago. Yesterday I noticed mucas looking discharge coming out of her vagina. Is this normal after a heat cycle?

English bulldog heat cycle; bulldog discharge:

Hi Jennifer, Yes, after a heat cycle there can be some discharge of mucous.
As long as the color is pinkish or white/clear, then all is well.
If you see a very bright yellow or greenish discharge, please call the Vet ASAP.
